What fees or costs does BISON charge?

BISON doesn’t charge any fees for transactions, deposits and withdrawals, or the custody of cryptocurrencies. BISON always provides you with the price to buy and sell cryptocurrencies.

The only amount BISON collects is the spread, i.e. the difference between the buying and selling price. The spread per sell and buy is currently 1.25%. This amount may vary, given that it depends on market conditions and the volume of a transaction.

You buy or sell your cryptocurrencies for a certain value, at a certain time. With BISON, you always get the price that’s listed for you or that you’ve set as your limit or stop order.

The services marked with * are services provided by our cooperation partner Solaris SE. Solaris SE is an established German banking service provider and, as our banking partner, is responsible for processing payments and managing your free Euro bank account with BISON.

For instant deposits with credit card, Apple and Google Pay, an additional fee of 2.49% of the transaction amount will apply through the selected payment method.

** BISON receives a commission of 27% based on the staking rewards you earn from the network. To protect you from the risks of staking, we have developed an innovative insurance in cooperation with Munich Re, a leading global provider of reinsurance, primary insurance and insurance-related risk solutions. Our staking insurance covers the main risk of slashing and thus protects against damage that can lead to the loss of part or all of the coins used due to technical failure, operating errors or fraud. We currently offer Ethereum (ETH) for staking.
