What fees or costs does BISON charge?

Full cost transparency: At BISON, we focus on full cost transparency and there are no hidden fees. BISON doesn’t charge any fees for transactions, deposits and withdrawals, or the custody of cryptocurrencies.
Fee-free trading: BISON always shows you the current buy and sell price at which you can trade cryptocurrencies. Trading cryptocurrencies is fee-free. Only a market-standard spread applies.
Market-standard spread: The spread when buying or selling Bitcoin and Ethereum averages 1.25%. For all other cryptocurrencies, it averages 1.75%. The spread may fluctuate depending on market conditions and the size of a trade.
Transparent prices: You buy or sell your cryptocurrencies for a certain value, at a certain time. With BISON, you always get the price that’s listed for you or that you’ve set as your limit or stop order.

Please note that additional fees may be charged by your bank for instant SEPA deposits.
For instant deposits with credit card, Apple and Google Pay, an additional fee of 2.49% of the transaction amount will apply through the selected payment method.

** BISON receives a commission of 27% based on the staking rewards you earn from the network. To protect you from the risks of staking, we have developed an innovative insurance in cooperation with Munich Re, a leading global provider of reinsurance, primary insurance and insurance-related risk solutions. Our staking insurance covers the main risk of slashing and thus protects against damage that can lead to the loss of part or all of the coins used due to technical failure, operating errors or fraud. We currently offer Ethereum (ETH) for staking.
