By participating in this program, you agree to the following conditions of participation:

All users of BISON of EUWAX AG (BISON users) who, at the time of participation, are domiciled or permanently resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, have successfully completed the relevant registration process and are activated (“BISON users”) may participate in the BISON Refer-a-Friend program. Subsequent registration and activation does not entitle the user to participate.

Employees of a company of Boerse Stuttgart Group are excluded from participation.

For the successful recommendation of a new customer, the BISON user will receive the bonus described in the promotion up to five times per calendar month.

New customers can only be persons of legal age who are not yet registered users of BISON of EUWAX AG and who are resident or permanently domiciled in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

The prize is awarded for the conclusion of a contract between the recommended new customer and EUWAX AG for the use of BISON and the functionally related contracts with Boerse Stuttgart Digital Custody GmbH and Solaris SE for the use of BISON.

A referred new customer is defined as a new user who registers with BISON as a result of a direct recommendation by a BISON user using the link provided and the friend-invite code provided, successfully completes the further verification process (KYC) at BISON and is activated. It is also necessary to open a BISON credit account with our partner bank, Solaris SE, and to make a deposit in euros into the BISON credit account. It is also necessary to achieve a trading volume with cryptocurrencies of at least EUR 100 within 30 days of registration.

A new customer can only be recommended once, multiple recommendations by different BISON users are not possible. A direct cash payment of the bonus is not possible.

It is not permitted to disclose the link provided and the referral code to unknown or undefined groups of people (e.g. by publishing it on internet forums, voucher platforms, etc.). It is only permitted to use a personally received link that is not addressed to an unspecified group of people. In the event of violations, EUWAX AG reserves the right to reclaim the rewards issued.

EUWAX AG reserves the right to withhold or refuse premium payments in whole or in part if there are concrete indications of manipulation, multiple registrations, automated mass use or other misuse. Affected participants will be informed of this and can comment within 14 days. Upon request, the participant must prove within 7 days of being asked to do so that they have received or passed on the link/code via a personal invitation (e.g. forwarding of the invitation email). If sufficient proof is not provided, the entitlement to the prize will lapse. In the event of a change to the conditions of participation, the conditions of participation/conditions at the time at which the new customer was registered and activated as a user for the BISON online offer shall apply. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, unless statutory national consumer protection regulations in your country of residence or habitual abode take precedence in your favor.

EUWAX AG reserves the right to change or amend the BISON Refer-a-Friend program and the conditions of participation insofar as this is necessary in the interest of simple and secure processing, in particular to prevent abuse, and participants are not disadvantaged by this contrary to good faith.

Please note the following information:

Referral messages as part of the BISON Refer-a-Friend program have advertising content. Recipients may feel harassed by the sending of such messages. You must therefore ensure that recipients have previously given their consent to receive such messages before sending them and that you can prove this. If recipients have not given their consent, no referral messages may be sent as part of the BISON Refer-a-Friend program. If messages are nevertheless sent without prior consent, recipients can take legal action against the sending. Sending referral messages without the prior consent of the recipient will result in exclusion from the reward entitlement in accordance with the terms and conditions of the BISON Refer-a-Friend program.

In order to prevent misuse, EUWAX AG will store the identification data (tax ID) of each user for a period of one year. If third parties can credibly demonstrate that their rights have been violated by the sending of a recommendation message as part of this offer, EUWAX AG will hand over the identification data to third parties for legal prosecution if a corresponding claim exists. By sending the message, you disclose that you are a customer of EUWAX AG.
