1. The organizer of the competition is Boerse Stuttgart Digital Broker GmbH, Börsenstrasse 4, 70174 Stuttgart (“Organizer”).
2. The BISON Raffle “1 Million Users” runs during the promotional period starting from January 27, 2026 (date of publication of the sweepstakes) and ends on February 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
3. Natural persons residing in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, who are 18 years or older, and active BISON customers able to trade cryptocurrencies and securities via BISON’s platform, are eligible to participate.
4. Employees of the Börse Stuttgart Group and their relatives are excluded from participating in the competition.
5. Eligible to win are participants who meet the eligibility criteria, have accepted the terms and conditions via the banner (in the app or on the web app), and have made at least one (1) trade through the BISON online platform during the promotional period. The amount of the trade or the type of investment product (cryptocurrencies, securities) purchased does not matter.
6. Each trade made through the BISON online platform during the promotional period, regardless of amount and asset class, counts as one chance to win.
7. The following prizes with a total value of approximately €10,000 will be raffled among all participating BISON users

• 2 x 1 BISON voucher worth €1,000 each in Ethereum

8. Among the eligible participants, the winners will be randomly drawn. The winners will be informed about the prize via their email address stored within BISON’s online offer. Each participant can only win once.
9. The winner must confirm the prize within 2 days of notification. Otherwise, the prize will be awarded to another participant.
10. If the email address specified in the BISON online offer is invalid or incorrect, the organizer is not obliged to search for or otherwise determine a correct email address. The disadvantages resulting from the provision of an incorrect email address shall be borne by the winner(s).
11. The organizer is entitled to make changes to the prize, in which case the winners will receive a reasonable replacement prize. Claim to the prize cannot be assigned or transferred; the prize is neither cashable, supplementary, nor changeable.
12. Participation via lottery clubs, automated services, or other service providers is prohibited.
13. The organizer does not collect any additional or other data for this competition than those that have already been collected for onboarding with Wertpapier BISON. The data will be treated by the organizer as shown in the data protection agreement of the BISON online offer and agreed. 14. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition at any time without stating reasons if they suspect manipulation. If one winner(s) is already drawn, the prize can be subsequently withdrawn; an already delivered prize can be reclaimed by the organizer.
15. The organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time, partially or completely, without the need to adhere to deadlines. This applies, particularly, if technical (e.g., manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g., prohibition by court or authorities) do not guarantee proper implementation.
16. The sole contact person for questions about this competition is the organizer.

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and strictly adhere to the rules of data protection. The following statement gives you an overview of how we ensure this protection and what kind of data is collected and processed for what purpose in connection with this competition.

Collection, processing, and use of personal data

To conduct the raffle as part of the “1 Million Users”, we use the personal data stored while registering on the BISON app.  Apart from sharing winner details with the travel agent and contact person at TUI Travel Star Reisecenter Stuttgart for the sole purpose of awarding the prize, we do not engage in any unauthorized sharing of data with third parties.

Revocation, changes, corrections, and updates

You always have the right to access information regarding the data stored about you, including details about its recipients and the purpose for which the data is being processed. The data protection officer at EUWAX AG is available to provide you with this information (article 15 GDPR). In addition, you have the right to rectify any inaccuracies in your data (Article 16 GDPR) and – insofar as this does not conflict with a statutory retention obligation – to request the blocking or deletion of your personal data, as well as to object to its processing (articles 17, 18, and 21 GDPR).

You have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time, and this will apply to future processing.
