By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligible participants are those who register free of charge with an email address during the promotion period, log in as a user, successfully complete the verification process, are activated, and thereby gain the ability to trade cryptocurrencies. Additionally, a deposit in EURO must be made to the BISON credit account at Solaris SE, and at least one cryptocurrency trade must be executed.

Participants must be adults who have not previously registered as users of the BISON online offering, which includes the BISON app and BISON web platform provided by EUWAX AG, and who have their residence or habitual abode in Germany or Austria.

Only those who have reached the age of 18 at the time of registration, have their permanent residence and habitual abode in Germany, and hold the citizenship of a state approved by BaFin are eligible to participate. The current list can be found at www.bisonapp.com/documents. Furthermore, it is required that you trade exclusively as a consumer and for private purposes. Employees of any company within the Boerse Stuttgart Group are excluded from participation.

The BISON customer will receive the described bonus credited immediately to their BISON account once they have entered the promotion code in their account/profile. To be eligible for the bonus of €10 in Bitcoin, registration and login with an email address, completion of the verification process (KYC) via the BISON online platform, and successful activation are required. Additionally, a deposit in EURO must be made to the BISON credit account at Solaris SE, and at least one cryptocurrency trade must be completed.
Once all requirements have been met within the promotion period, the amount of €10 in Bitcoin will be credited directly to the customer’s BISON account. A cash payment is not possible. The promotion code can only be used once and cannot be combined with other promotions.

The Bitcoin amount will then be available for trading according to the BISON General Terms and Conditions of EUWAX Aktiengesellschaft for private customers, the BISON General Terms and Conditions of Boerse Stuttgart Digital Custody GmbH for private customers, and the special terms and conditions of Solaris SE for payment processing as part of the BISON online offering.

Participation via intermediary portals is prohibited. We reserve the right to exclude participants who violate these terms and conditions, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or attempt to participate in an unauthorized manner.
EUWAX AG reserves the right to terminate the promotion early or amend or supplement the terms and conditions if necessary for the purpose of simple and secure processing, in particular to prevent abuse, provided that no disadvantage occurs to participants in violation of good faith. Changes to the bonus remain reserved.
German law shall apply, unless mandatory national consumer protection regulations in your country of residence or habitual abode take precedence in your favor.
