How can I register for an event?

As a BISON Select Member, you will receive personal notifications about new events via e-mail or app. You can then register for your chosen events directly via the link in the e-mail.

When does registration for each event begin?

You can find the dates of the registration period on the event page. We will, of course, inform you as soon as registration for each event is open.

Why have I not received an invitation?

It may be the case that you have not consented to receiving marketing messages, or the registration period has not yet begun. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Why are places at the events limited?

We have deliberately kept our events exclusive. Places at the events are usually allocated in a ticket lottery within the BISON Select Community – a fair and transparent procedure.

Can I bring a guest to the event?

Our events are usually open to BISON Select Members only. If you are allowed to bring a guest, this information will be added directly to the event page.

What should I do if I am unable to participate in an event after registering?

Please inform us by sending us an e-mail at [email protected] so that we can offer your place at the event to another member. We are unfortunately unable to transfer your registration to a different event.
