Raffle for the BISON Customer Event in Berlin
By participating in the raffle for seats at the customer event in Berlin, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Organizer
   The organizer of the raffle is Boerse Stuttgart Digital Broker GmbH, Börsenstrasse 4, 70174 Stuttgart, Germany.
2. Raffle Period
   The raffle begins on 21 October 2025 at 00:01 (CET) and ends on 27 October 2025 at 23:59 (CET).
3. Eligibility for Participation
   Each participant may enter the raffle only once.
   Participation is open to natural persons residing in Germany who have reached the age of 18 and are customers of the BISON App.
4. Employees of the Boerse Stuttgart Group and their relatives are excluded from participation.
5. Selection and Notification of Winners
   Among all eligible participants, the winner will be determined by random draw.
   The winner will be notified by email sent to the address used for registration with the BISON App.
   The winner must confirm participation within 48 hours of receiving the notification by sending an email to [email protected].
   If the winner fails to confirm within this period, the prize will be forfeited, and Boerse Stuttgart Digital Broker GmbH reserves the right to draw a new winner.
6. Prize Description
   Each winner will receive:
   A brunch at Café Brunch by Sole Berlin on 09 November 2025
   A VIP box seat for the American Football game on 09 November 2025 at the Olympiastadion Berlin
   Participation in all program activities determined by the organizer
   The organizer will inform the winner in advance of the scheduled program activities.
   If the winner, despite accepting the prize, does not attend the event on 09 November 2025, no substitute or compensation shall be provided.
7. Prize Conditions
   The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed in cash.
   The organizer assumes no warranty or liability for the prize.
   The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the prize. In such cases, the winner will receive a replacement prize of equivalent value.
   Participation via competition clubs, automated services, or third-party providers is not permitted.
8. Travel and Accommodation
   Boerse Stuttgart Digital Broker GmbH does not cover travel or accommodation costs. Participants are responsible for their own arrival and departure at their own expense and risk.
   Due to limited capacity at the venue, accompanying persons cannot be admitted. The invitation is valid exclusively for the registered and named individual.
9. Liability
   Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
   Boerse Stuttgart Digital Broker GmbH shall not be liable for any material or personal damages, losses, or other harm arising during the event, unless caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizer.
   The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event for important reasons (e.g., extreme weather conditions, official orders, illness). In such cases, all registered participants will be informed in a timely manner.

11. Photo and Video Consent
    By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that photos and/or videos may be taken of them during the official program activities at the Café and Olympiastadion Berlin for the following purposes:
    The photos/videos will be provided to the winner as a personal memento of the event.
    The organizer may use the photos/videos on internal company SharePoints for presentations and on the organizer’s official LinkedIn profiles for a period of two (2) years.
    After this period, all photos/videos will be deleted in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
    The winner may withdraw their consent at any time by sending an email to [email protected].
12. Data Protection
    Personal data of participants will be processed for the duration of the raffle and for the execution of the event.
    Data will be deleted within one week after 09 November 2025, unless statutory retention or limitation periods apply.
