By registering for the BISON Select Afterwork Event in Frankfurt, participants accept the following terms and conditions of participation:

The organizer of the event is Boerse Stuttgart Digital Broker GmbH, Börsenstrasse 4, 70174 Stuttgart.

The event will take place on June 11, 2026, in Frankfurt am Main.
A total of 50 spots are available. Spots will be allocated by lottery.

  1. Eligibility and Registration
    Eligibleparticipants are personally invited retail customers of Boerse Stuttgart Digital Broker GmbH. Participation is only possible after prior registration and written confirmation by the organizer. Participation is guaranteed exclusively upon confirmed registration.
  2. Admission andExclusionfrom the Event
    Admission is only permitted with a valid invitation. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to individuals displaying inappropriate behavior or to exclude them from the event.
  3. Services and Event Content
    Participation inthe afterwork event, including catering (food and beverages), is free of charge for all invited guests. Special promotions, raffles, or presentations on-site may be subject to separate terms and conditions, which will be announced at the venue.
  4. Travel andAccommodationCosts
    Hotel and travel expenses will not be covered by Boerse Stuttgart Digital Broker GmbH. Travel to and from the event, as well as any accommodation arrangements, are the sole responsibility and expense of the participants.
  5. Liability
    Participationis at the participant’s own risk. Boerse Stuttgart Digital Broker GmbH shall not be liable for property damage, personal injury, loss, or any other damages incurred during the event, unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the organizer.
  6. CancellationorChanges to the Event
    Boerse Stuttgart Digital Broker GmbH reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event for important reasons (e.g. extreme weather conditions, official orders, illness). In such cases, all registered participants will be informed in a timely manner.

  8. Photoand Video Recordings
    Participants agree that photos and videos may be taken during the event as part of the scheduled program for the following purposes:
  • The photos/videos will be made available to participants as a souvenir of the event.
  • The photos/videos may be used by the organizer on internal company SharePoint platforms for presentations, as well as on the company’s social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and website (https://bisonapp.com/select/) for a period of 2 years. After this period, the data will be deleted in compliance with GDPR regulations.
