  • Shuttle bus from Stuttgart Stock Exchange: 08:30 AM
  • Drivers’ breakfast: from approx. 10:00 AM
  • Start of tour: approx. 11:00 AM
  • End: approx. 4:30 PM
  • Arrival:
    Individually to the Drivers’ Hall (Siedler Str. 18, 71126 Gäufelden-Nebringen) at 09:30 AM or via shuttle from Stuttgart Stock Exchange at 08:30 AM
  • Return: Shuttle back to the Drivers’ Hall and Stuttgart Stock Exchange from approx. 4:30 PM
  • Dress code: Sporty casual

    Due to the exclusive nature of the event, places will be allocated by lottery among all interested participants. Participation is only confirmed upon explicit confirmation by the BISON Event Team.
  • Admission:
    Entry is granted exclusively upon confirmed participation.

Terms and Conditions

By registering for the classic car tour through the vineyards of Stuttgart, participants accept the following terms and conditions:
The event is organized by Boerse Stuttgart Digital Broker GmbH, Börsenstrasse 4, 70174 Stuttgart.

The event will take place on May 16, 2026, in Stuttgart. A total of 20 places are available. Places will be allocated by lottery.

  1. Eligibility and Registration
    TParticipation is open to personally invited end customers of Boerse Stuttgart Digital Broker GmbH. Participation is only possible after prior registration and written confirmation by the organizer. A right to participate exists only upon confirmed registration.
  2. Admission and Exclusion from the Event
    Admission is granted exclusively with a valid invitation. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or exclude individuals from the event in case of inappropriate behavior.
  3. Services and Event Content
    Participation in the classic car tour as well as catering (food and beverages) are free of charge for all invited guests. Special promotions, competitions, or presentations on site may be subject to separate terms and conditions, which will be announced on site.
  4. Travel and Accommodation Costs
    Hotel and travel costs are not covered by Boerse Stuttgart Digital Broker GmbH. Travel to and from the event, as well as any accommodation, is the sole responsibility and at the expense of the participants.
  5. Liability
    Participation is at your own risk. Boerse Stuttgart Digital Broker GmbH is not liable for property damage, personal injury, loss, or any other damages occurring during the event, unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence on the part of the organizer.
  6. Cancellation or Changes to the Event
    Boerse Stuttgart Digital Broker GmbH reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event for important reasons (e.g. extreme weather conditions, official orders, illness). In such cases, all registered participants will be informed in due time.

  8. Photo and Video Recordings
    Participants agree that photos and videos may be taken during the event as part of the scheduled program for the following purposes:The photos/videos will be provided to participants as a memory of the event.
    The photos/videos may be used by the organizer on internal company sharepoints for presentations as well as on company-owned LinkedIn and other social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) for a period of 2 years. After this period, the data will be deleted in accordance with GDPR.
