    Each invited and registered guest may bring one accompanying person, who must have downloaded the BISON app in advance and completed the registration process. The registered BISON app must be presented at the entrance without being asked.
  • Admission requirements:
    Admission is only granted with a valid invitation and, for accompanying persons, with a registered BISON app.

By registering for the After Work Event in Frankfurt, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions. Please note that a total of 20 places are available, each including one guest (BISON Buddy). Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  2. General Information
    The BISON After Work Event on March 6, 2026, in Frankfurt is intended for personally invited end customers of Boerse Stuttgart Digital Broker GmbH. By participating in the event, guests acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.
  3. Registration and Participation
    Participation is only possible after prior registration and written confirmation by BISON. The number of available places is limited; participation is guaranteed only with a confirmed registration.
  4. Accompanying Persons
    Each invited and personally registered individual may bring one (1) accompanying person.
    The accompanying person must have downloaded the BISON app in advance and completed the full registration process. The registered BISON app must be presented at the entrance without being prompted.
    If this proof cannot be provided, access to the event may be denied. Due to limited capacity, additional accompanying persons are not permitted.
  5. Admission
    Admission is granted exclusively with a valid invitation or, in the case of accompanying persons, with a registered BISON app.
    Boerse Stuttgart Digital Broker GmbH reserves the right to deny admission to or exclude individuals from the event in the event of inappropriate behavior.
  6. Catering and Offers
    Participation in the After Work Event, including food and beverages, is free of charge for all invited guests. Any special promotions, raffles, or presentations held on site may be subject to separate terms and conditions, which will be communicated on site if applicable.
  7. Travel and Accommodation Costs
    Hotel and travel expenses will not be covered by Boerse Stuttgart Digital Broker GmbH. Arrival, departure, and any accommodation are the sole responsibility and expense of the participants.
  8. Liability
    Participation is at the participant’s own risk. Boerse Stuttgart Digital Broker GmbH shall not be liable for property damage, personal injury, losses, or any other damages incurred during the event, unless caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizer.
  9. Cancellation or Changes to the Event
    Boerse Stuttgart Digital Broker GmbH reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event for important reasons (e.g., extreme weather conditions, official orders, illness). In such cases, all registered participants will be informed in a timely manner.

  11. Photo and Video Recordings
    Participants agree that photos and/or videos may be taken of them during their attendance at designated program items for the following purposes:
  • The photos/videos may be sent to the winner as a keepsake of the prize.
  • The photos/videos may be used by the organizer on its internal company SharePoint platforms for presentations and on the organizer’s official LinkedIn profiles for a period of two (2) years. After this period, the photos will be deleted in compliance with GDPR requirements.
  • The winner may revoke their consent at any time by sending an email to [email protected].
