1. The organizser of the competition is Sowa Labs GmbH, Börsenstrasse 4, 70174 Stuttgart.
2. The BISON and Kansas City Chiefs Raffle is set to take place during the promotional period commencing on October 18th, 2023 (with the release of the entry details) and ends on October 29th, 2023, at 23:59.
3. Participants must be natural persons residing in Germany, at least 18 years old, and have the legal capacity to trade cryptocurrencies and securities via the BISON online platform.
4. Employees of the Börse Stuttgart Group and their family members are not eligible to participatein the competition.
5. Eligible participants are those who, during the mentioned promotional period of the respective promotional week (calendar week Monday to Sunday), have conducted at least one (1) securities purchase and additionally traded at least €100 in cryptocurrency. When trading securities, it is only the number of purchases that matters and not the amount of purchases.
6. The prize includes: 6 x 2 single tickets to the Kansas City Chiefs game on November 5th at the Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt am Main., Every week 3 x 2 tickets will be raffled.
7. From the pool of eligible participants, the winners will be selected through a random drawing. The winners will receive notification of their win through the Postbox feature in the BISON app and/or their registered email address on the BISON online platform. Each participant is eligible to win a maximum of 1 set of 2 single tickets once.
8. Should the email address specified in the BISON online platform be found invalid or incorrect, the organizer is under no obligation to search for or otherwise determine a correct email address or address. Any inconveniences resulting from the provision of an incorrect email address or address shall be borne by the winner(s).
9. The organizer is entitled to make changes to the prize, in which case the winners will receive a reasonable replacement prize.
10. The organizer bears no liability for ensuring seamless access to the Kansas City game in Frankfurt through the provided tickets. Should any issues arise with the tickets, , the winner is kindly advised to reach out directly to the organizer of the Kansas City match in Frankfurt.
11. Participation via lottery clubs, automated services, or other service providers is prohibited.
12. The organizer does not collect any additional or alternative data for this competition beyond what has already been obtained during the onboarding process with Wertpapier BISON. Participants’ data will be handled by the organizer in accordance with the data protection agreement outlined in the BISON online platform, which participants’ have previously consented to. 13. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants from the competition at any time, without the obligation to state reasons, should there be suspicions of manipulation. IfIn the event that a winner has already been selected, the prize may be subsequently revoked, and any already delivered prize may be reclaimed by the organizer.
14. The organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time, either in its entirety or partially, without adherence to set deadlines. This action may be taken, especially in cases where technical issues (e.g. manipulation) or legal factors (e.g. court or governmental prohibitions) cast doubt on the event’s proper execution.
15. The sole contact person for questions about this competition is the organizer.

Collection, processing, and use of personal data  

To conduct the raffle as part of the Kansas City Chiefs competition, we use the personal data stored during the registration process on the BISON app. Apart from sharing winner details with blocknox GmbH for the sole purpose of awarding the prize, we do not engage in any unauthorized sharing of data with third parties.  

Revocation, changes, corrections, and updates  

At any time, you have the right to access information regarding the data stored about you, including details about its recipients and the purpose for which the data is being processed. The data protection officer at EUWAX AG is available to provide you with this information (Article 15 GDPR). In addition, you have the right to rectify any inaccuracies in your data (Article 16 GDPR) and – insofar as this does not conflict with a statutory retention obligation – to request the blocking or deletion of your personal data, as well as to object to object to its processing (Articles 17, 18 and 21 GDPR).  

You have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time, and this will apply to future processing.
